We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel, enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms and the friendly service from staff. The kids loved the entertainment options, particularly the kids' disco, and the variety of pools was excellent for different moods. However, some dining experiences were hit or miss with limited options, and the location, while good, could use a few more nearby attractions. Overall, it offered great value for money, especially considering the all-inclusive upgrade we opted for.
